3. Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  1. Review the notice for completeness and validity
  2. Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, where appropriate
  3. Notify the user who posted the content, if applicable
  4. Document the action taken for our records

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material removed and its location before removal
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

5. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to remove content and take appropriate action against users or sources who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
